Key Lime Puff Parfaits

Treat your taste buds to a tropical escape with these Key Lime Puff Parfaits. Our Mini Cream Puffs are layered between zesty lime cream for a refreshing, no-bake summer snack.

(Makes 4 servings)

  • 24 Delizza Belgian Mini Cream Puffs (room temperature)
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons key lime juice (approximately 3 key limes)
  • ½ tablespoon key lime zest
  • Whipped cream
  1. In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk with softened cream cheese and mix until smooth. Add in key lime juice and mix well.

  2. Layer 2 to 3 Delizza Mini Cream Puffs at the bottom of an 8-ounce glass or jar. Layer a spoonful of the key lime mixture on top, enough to cover the Mini Cream Puffs.

  3. Repeat the layers until you get to the top of the glass or jar and repeat with remaining glasses.

  4. Cover and chill the parfaits in the refrigerator for at least two hours.

  5. Once set, garnish with whipped cream and fresh lime zest. Serve immediately and enjoy.
