Delizza Freakshake
Shock and awe with our signature Delizza Freakshake, piled high with Belgian Mini Cream Puffs, Eclairs and Macarons, taking dessert to the next level.
Ingredients
(Makes 1 shake)
- 6 Delizza Belgian Mini Cream Puffs
- 3 Delizza Belgian Mini Eclairs
- 3 Delizza Macarons
- 1 doughnut
- 1 cake slice
For the Strawberry Milkshake
- 3 to 4 scoops (approx. 1½ cups) strawberry ice cream
- ¼ to ⅓ cup milk
For the Strawberry Ganache
- 1½ cups white chocolate
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 4 tablespoons strawberry jam
Directions
- 
                          Create a Strawberry Ganache. Heat white chocolate and heavy cream in a small saucepan. Bring to a light simmer. 
- Add strawberry jam to the cream and mix in thoroughly. 
- 
                          Dip Delizza Belgian Mini Cream Puffs into the Strawberry Ganache. Optionally, add lines of white chocolate to the top of the mini cream puffs. 
- 
                          Create Freakshake garnishes by skewering mini cream puffs, Delizza Macarons and Delizza Belgian Mini Eclairs with paper straws. 
- 
                          Use Strawberry Ganache to create a “drip” on the rim of a milkshake glass. Add sprinkles to the Strawberry Ganache if desired. 
- 
                          Fill the milkshake glass with a Strawberry Milkshake. Leave about ½ an inch of space at the top of the glass. 
- 
                          Place a doughnut over the milkshake glass. The doughnut will act as a support base to the Freakshake. 
- Add a piece of cake to the top of the doughnut. 
- Place the skewered garnishes through the cake slice. 
- Use whipped cream to cover the base of the straws. 
- 
                          Add additional garnishes (macarons, wafer sticks, sprinkles, etc.) to decorate the Freakshake. Enjoy immediately.
